All table foliage is all real and included within the pricing!

50 Guests £1950 (based on 5 round tables plus long top table)
75 Guests £2450 (based on 8 round tables plus long top table)
100 Guests £2850 (based on 10 round tables plus long top table)

Welcome Display
A welcome display is often the first 'look' your guests get, It sets the seen for the day ahead, so lets make sure its special! Here At Pitch and Party we have many options for you to choose from and some new ideas too! Vintage luggage with chalk boards, stacked creates , Acrylic signs , hanging sails, styled boho chairs or Organic balloon displays - I know we have something to suit your style - and if not lets try and create it!
Optional upgrade : Why not get a custom sign to welcome in guests with your name and date.

Aisle Styling
Style your aisle, Of course; from lanterns, pampas, and floating candles, to mismatch ornate rugs! Which ever you choose, we will ensure you have an exquisite aisle.

Styled Aisle Chairs
Which ever chair styling you choose for your wedding breakfast chairs, we will create for your aisle chairs, so the theme is in keeping.

Registrar Table Styling
Imagine your top table styling just smaller, ensuring your theme is clear through out the day.

Elegant Backdrop
Choose from our full greenery moongate, Gold moon gate with pampas , a selection of wooden and metal arches or stands, copper frames and much more. This can be used at some venue (like our tipis) as an alter, behind registrar table, and or behind top table afterwards?! if you ask nicely most venues will move these for you.

Table Plan Display
No matter how you chose to display your table plan we can help. Cheeky stacked backdrops, Vintage ladders , Hanging letters, Beautiful easels, Grids, stacked crates are all included.
This area will also be styled so it ties in with the rest of your decor.
Please note this doesn’t include any writing. We can sort this don’t worry, but this will be an additional upgrade with a charge.
Top Table Styling
An abundance of varying height candles and tea lights nestled amongst real foliage , resting on a beautiful full length runner which falls to the floor on either side.
Chair Dressing
Which ever chairs your venue supply, we have it covered! For venues that provide chivari chairs, you have the choice of our beautiful chiffon drape. We also have chair covers for banqueting chairs, with a variety of sash.

Table Runners
Runners are a great way of adding colour to your tables, and wonderful base to build upon for your centrepiece all coordinate with your theme.

Centrepieces
Take your pick of the centrepieces we have for hire! looking for something different lets us see what we can do.

Table Numbers
Take your pick of table numbers frames, Acrylic, wooden we have them all.
Optional Upgrade: Having table names instead? Thats ok , we can print these at a small additional cost.
Napkins
standard white corporate napkin just wont do it - so let us add colour through with napkins to compliment your theme, available in a knotted or plain.

Charger Plates
Choose from rattan, plain gold, silver, copper or black, ensuring your places setting are elegant. Optional Upgrade : You can choose our glass beaded charger plates in this section for just an additional £2 each

Flavorsome Favours
These sweet edible favours will go down a treat with guest! to supply these We have teamed up with our favourite food supplier to offer beautifully iced biscuits to match your colour scheme, stamped with your names!
Optional Upgrade : Have your guests names stamped instead of your own this way you can double up to as a place name & favour.
​Place Names
Acrylic , calligraphy written or wooden laser cut place names to finish your place setting perfectly!
Cards Box plus Styling
Styled to compliment the rest of your theme, Royal Mail post boxes, perspex boxes, wicker baskets, suitcases your choose.

Cake Table Styling
The area that gets overlooked, but not by us. Cake dressers, large ‘CAKE’ wording, barrels and crates etc, we will ensure that cake looks as amazing as the rest of the day.

Lighting
Choose from either our 4ft light up LOVE or MR&MRS/MR&MR/MRS&MRS letters or our NEON's ‘Happily Ever After’ / ' It Was always You'/ 'Death Do Us Party' of . They are both mains powered so are super bright and are great at filling empty spaces around your venue! A gorgeous photo opportunity too

XL Couture bounce House, Our XL bounce House is so much fun for both children and adults alike - and the photos are really just epic! add an organic display to give that ultimate playful feel.

Bubbles and Sweets , Our Beautiful champagne and sweets cart are a lovely addition to your day an make for good fun.

Glitter bar and Glow station - need I say more.

Children table complete with mini white chairs and fun activities.
